Smoking by staff and guests around the non-smoking rooms, you have to ask for amenities (coffee maker, hair dryer, etc), found some cockroach or some kind of bug eggs on the floor by the bed.

We got a room with a tub.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

Located in a great spot near a shopping center and a Starbucks for a quick caffeine fix ☕. The hard-working staff was super friendly and always willing to assist. The place was generally kept tidy and in good shape.

The hotel staff were very nice.

I booked a nonsmoking room and when I got there, they told me that at the time I booked the room there were no nonsmoking rooms available. I never received notice of this so couldn't try to make alternative arrangements. Also the price was so expensive for what is clearly a 1 star hotel even though when I booked it said 3 star.

The newly furnished room with a comfortable bed made my stay here perfect, and it's located centrally.

The water from showerhead is realy strong.

There are no silverware and cookware at all in the kitchen. There was no hair dryer. Room service kept banging on the neighbor's doors for like 10 minutes.

The rooms with a kitchenette and shower were brand-new. The location was quiet and convenient, next to the freeway and easy to find. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a central area.

The rooms here are clean, quite spacious, and practical. The staff are friendly 24/7. 😊

We arrived at hotel at 1:30 and the front desk clerk was rude she stated that we were getting a smoking room and would be ready until after 3pm and that's all they had.So we called Bookings and they said they we had booked a smoking room I have never smoked nor does my husband. I called bookings and offered us another room three times the price as it was the weekend. We were for my granddaughters graduation rooms were booked since January because that time frame was busy with graduation that weekend .They suggested that we open the windows. We were certainly back up against a corner. The food was called Grab & Go. WHAT A FARCE. We traveled across country for 43 days staying in hotels 41 of those days and had never experienced anything like this.

We liked nothing!

They were rude and didn't provide us with the reservation way paid for a in advanced. The door was very dangerous and only a very strong person could open and close it. I really can't believe how long the whole thing took and how unprofessional they were! I will never go there again and I would EVERYONE to NOT go there! I can't believe how much money I spent on such a dirty terrible customer service, rude place that was unsafe! I really should get a REFUND for what I went through!!
